For target-CPA bidding, every impression produces CTR/100 clicks, and every click produces CR/100 conversions. The cost VK can pay for one impression equals Bid times (CTR/100) times (CR/100). Multiplied by 1000 gives eCPM, the effective cost per 1000 impressions VK uses to rank your ad in the auction.
